True Story. A religion teacher assigned her class an essay on what makes a good Christian. One student wrote about praying nightly, say no to abortion, banning gay marriage, and donating money. The other student wrote about talking to God and allowing people to enjoy their lives, and supporting gay marriage. The day the teacher was to hand the papers back, she called up the second student and told him she would pray for him when he went to hell. The student asked why would he be going to hell, and why he got an F on his paper. The teacher told him that Catholicism is against gay marriage. The student looked at her for a minute, then said aloud, "I'm gay." The teacher kicked him out of class as if he had said fuck or worshiped Satan. A girl in the back of class who had a boyfriend and was obviously straight got up and left too.
If you would leave the classroom, repost this. It doesn't matter if you're straight, bi, or gay. It doesn't matter if you're Catholic or not. Everyone is a human being and deserves happiness.
on a similar topic...when i was making that colourbar, i looked them up on wikipedia...didn't realise it was originally just the rainbow, and created to show support for gay marriage
oh yeah, and forgot to mention this in my prev. post, but smartset called back, and i have an interview today...so i'm back to being unsure whether i'm going to ottawa for two weeks...i'm gonna see if i can avoid the weekend of the 13th if i get the job right away, but two weeks is a bit long (which means i dunno if i'm going to cnanime anymore either...)
but we'll just have to wait and see on that...right now i'm busy starting to get nervous XD (it's at 330 :S)

Yeah, the colorbars were originally made for that, but it became so popular that everyone started using them as a sign for being a fan/supporting other things.

Go those two students~!!!! Everyone is a human being and deserves happiness. Damn right, they do. I hate it when people judge others based on what they deem to be "normal". I say SCREW YOU. I have a couple of gay friends, so what? Doesn't change who they are, I still love them nonetheless. Pfft.
